Prenatal

Prenatal Yoga

We offer small group prenatal yoga class for expecting moms who would like to start their yoga practice during pregnancy. The class is specially designed and are tailored to the unique body needs of expecting moms.

 

We will start the flow with guided meditation and breathing exercise, followed by yoga postures with the aid of yoga tools to open and strengthen the muscles, which are essential for labour and postnatal recovery.

You will feel connected with your body and mind, finishing the class with alleviated discomforts and relaxed mind. 

Just join our nurturing and positive community, all transitioning into the role of motherhood.

Our experienced and qualified prenatal yoga instructors will guide you through.

For pregnant ladies from 12 weeks up to 36-38 weeks. You can consult your obstetrician before starting the session.

Prenatal Yoga & Fitball

Prenatal Yoga & Fitball class is specially designed to incorporate fitball exercises into the prenatal yoga class.

We will start the flow with guided meditation and breathing exercise, followed by a sequence of classic fitball exercise tailoring to unique needs of the childbearing body.

 

Let's get on to the fitball, building up our pelvic floor with strength and flexibility and releasing tension in our low back and hips.

 

Our experienced and qualified prenatal yoga instructors will guide you through.

For pregnant ladies from 12 weeks up to 36-38 weeks. You can consult your obstetrician before starting the session.

Prenatal Flow

Prenatal flow  is a medium-paced prenatal yoga class which lets you exercise and sweat out a little more, release tension in your body and get rid of any stress that you may have. 

We will start from guided meditation and breathing exercise, followed by a gentle sequence of sun salutations and standing postures.  The sequence is designed to strengthen as well as open up your body.

You will feel connected with your body and mind, finishing the class with alleviated discomforts and relaxed mind. 

 

Our experienced and qualified prenatal yoga instructors will guide you through.

For pregnant ladies from 12 weeks up to 36-38 weeks. You can consult your obstetrician before starting the session.
