Couple Birthball & Massage

Our signature couple yoga class taught by Katie MAK and her partner.

This is perfect for expecting couples to get themselves prepared for natural birth. You may want to know..
How breathing exercises can help relieve the tension during labour? How should be the breathing while pushing the baby out? How to use birthball/massage when I am having labour pain?

You will get a chance to practice it out and prepare before you go into labour.

Bring your partner and he will get to know how to help you when you give birth!

Couple Prenatal Yoga
Our signature couple yoga class taught by Katie MAK and her partner.
 
Enjoy the laughter, sweats and stretches with your partner in your pregnancy special journey.
 
Spend the weekend afternoon with us to enjoy a fruitful hour with breathing exercise, gentle stretching and partner poses.

Couple Yoga
Have some partner yoga fun with us to double the pleasure and reduce stress!

Yoga is a good and fun way to loosen up with some playful partner exercises. It brings people together through movement, play, breath, touch and importantly - through intimacy. 

No previous yoga experience necessary

Couple Yoga & Massage
Have some partner yoga fun with us to double the pleasure and reduce stress!

On top of partner yoga, we also bring Thai Yoga Massage into the session. Thai Yoga emphasizes the practice of connecting to others. Basic technique of Thai Yoga Massage will be taught and you will have a chance to practice and offer massage to your partner!
Both of you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after the class for sure.

Family Yoga
Family Yoga brings the parents and kids closer together and also adding the benefits of greater calm, sense of spiritual connectivity and also FUN that the entire family can enjoy.
We include mindful breathing, yoga games, sun salutations and also partner yoga poses into the class for everyone to experience positive result of yoga!

Suitable for kids from 3-7 years old.
Coming Session: 19.10 (Sat) 4-5pm
Postnatal Yoga 
We will flow through a gentle sequence to sweat out a little, explore the importance of restoring the rectus diatasis and rebuilding our pelvic floor, following by a tension releasing sequence to open up the body and kick away the tight shoulders and upper back.
You will get a ME-TIME to meet a group of new moms, share our mom life stories, and learn to know more about yourself and your body.

Mums and Bubs

Enjoy the mess with the babies in this very special class! You could involve your baby in the yoga postures with our guidance or just have him or her near to you. You will learn some simple massage for your baby and rhythmic movements accompanied by nursery rhymes and songs. 

Enjoy the class with your bub and find the meaningful connection with other new moms in the circle!

For babies from 4-10 months. You are welcome to attend to your baby's needs either by feeding, changing, holding or generally reassuring them in your presence at anytime.
